What are the different login / password for?

There are three different platforms which need login / password:

  • Backend of your Bitebird

You can access to the backend of your device to get all the information about it, as well as it current connection information, settings information…

This website is accessible on when you are connected on your Bitebird network.

You will have to go there if you desire to change your Wi-Fi password, Wi-Fi network name, or if you have reset your Bitebird.

To access to the backend of your Bitebird, you need a username and a password. The standards ones are:

Username : admin

Password: admin

You can also change them on this website if you desire (choose Settings > System > Modify Password.)


  • Wi-fi network name / password:

Your Bitebird gives access to a private internet network. To have internet thanks to your Bitebird network, you need to choose the corresponding network on the list which will appear on your device (laptop, tablet, smartphone), and enter your personal password.

The standard settings of your Bitebird Wi-Fi connection are:

Name of the Network: HUAWEI-E5577CS-321

Password: you will find it in the inside of your Bitebird lid

You can change these by going to the backend of your Bitebird.


  • Your MyBitebird account

The MyBitebird account is the platform where you are able to check the status of your current bundle, and where you will be able to top up credit.

To access there, you need to set your account.

The first time you go to MyBitebird account, make sure you are connected to your Bitebird internet network, and go to: https://bitebird.mobi

You will be asked to choose a username and password.

For the next times you wish to go to your MyBitebird account, you do not need to be connected to your Bitebird network, you can access to your account from every connection, using your personal username and password.
