Bitebird – Forgot your Username or Password

What should I do if I forget the username/password for my Bitebird Selfcare account?

If you have lost your username and Password, you need to go to the MyBitebird page (, while you are connected to internet through your Bitebird network. At that stage, you will be automatically connected to your account. You will be able to reset a new password and username by clicking on “Settings”.
