I have lost my Mybitebird Username / Password

If you have lost your username and Password, you need to go to the MyBitebird page (https://bitebird.mobi), while you are connected to internet through your Bitebird network. At that stage, you will be automatically connected to your account. You will be able to reset a new password and username by clicking on “Change your Settings”.
